My roommate got me to go to this “open floor” last night—which is basically a hipster party where people read poems and play guitar and stuff. I said I’d go but not perform anything. But even just watching other people performing, I got anxious, so I left.
I spent five or six hours today practicing three songs, an hour of which I spent on same twenty second guitar solo....
